ONLINE FOCUS GROUPS: Volunteers wanted

Thanks for you responses to the recent customer input survey. The response rate was tremendous, and your input was terrific! Weve been digesting and analyzing the results.

As a next step, wed like to follow up with online focus groups in order to delve into certain issues more deeply as well as to help us learn more about how you use the DMB software. We will do these via online chat, and each session will have a specific topic. Each chat will be moderated and limited to roughly a dozen people so that all participants can express their points of view and have a good, in-depth discussion of the topic for that group.

The initial topics will be:

Netplay and related issues: November 8-14

Season Replays and season disks: Nov. 12-30

Computer GM: Dec. 3-16.

Once weve done those topics, well determine whats to follow.

Wed like volunteers for each topic. You must be a DMB customer/user, of course. If you would like to participate, please email Pat at INFO@diamond-mind.com (or post here) and state the days and times youre generally available and which topics, as well as how you generally or frequently use DMB and why youd like to participate in that topic. Given that we need to limit the numbers for each group in order to have orderly and effective discussions, we may not be able to invite everyone to a chat and hope youll understand.

Once weve selected dates and times, well email details of the chat (location, password, dates/times, etc.)
