Areas Visited: Cardiff, Welsh countryside. (2006)
Wales is a country filled with hills and pastures and a also a few castles. Many speak Welsh, But everyone speaks English, the more common of the two languages. The different accents and some alternate pronounciations can sometimes be a bit tricky. Renting a car and driving is easy to do, although it does take a little getting used to driving on the "wrong side" of the road and all those "bloody" round-abouts. Wales is quite a bit more expensive than the U.S.
I highly recommend visiting Wales to see its countryside and castles.
