The Netherlands is a country filled with canals as much of it is on reclaimed land from the sea. Amsterdam is a beautiful city with its many canals and old buildings. Flowers and windmills are also a common sight, as they are the country's stereotype. Transportation is modern and easy. The Netherlands is quite a bit more expensive than the U.S.

I recommend visiting the Netherlands to walk along the canals in Amsterdam.
