France is a country filled with castles, monuments, ancient history, museums of classic artwork, beaches, farmland and mountains. There is something for every intrest. Transportation is convenient and easy. Renting a car is also easy, but not recommended in the Paris area. Although most people do speak some English, they can take offense if you don't try speaking French first. The people become friendly after you make that attempt. France is quite a bit more expensive than the U.S.
I recommend visiting France to visit the museums of Paris, the castles in the Loire valley, the countryside of Normandy and the beaches of the south of France.
